Otso Brummer
Otso (MSc) graduated in Jan 2022 from Bioinformation Technology at Department of Neuroscience and Biomedical Engineering, Aalto University. Otso is a talented programmer familiar with different database structures, smooth data analysis pipelines and interactive user interfaces. He has developed diverse cell detection and classification algorithms and software to automatically upload scanned MGG-stained samples to the Hematoscope application.
