Qingchuan holds an MSc in Mathematics from the Technical University of Munich, Germany. During his master’s studies, he developed a growing interest in computational biology, with a particular focus on developing computational methods for spatial transcriptomics and high-dimensional biomedical data analysis. His doctoral research focuses on digital hematology, including cytomorphological profiling across hematological diseases, robust digital pathology models across clinical sites, and multimodal integration of cell morphology and immunophenotypic data in multiple myeloma. He is also interested in model robustness and biologically meaningful integration of multimodal biomedical data.
